A Warm-up swollen to 15-plus questions means every item is being rated 1–2 stars or rapid-guessed; engage SRS questions deliberately, read the Concept Library links first, and rate genuine recognition at 4–5 stars to drain the queue.

- User is rating all questions at 1-2 star confidence regardless of accuracy, or failing to clear SRS items due to rapid guessing.

- Engage deliberately with SRS questions. Read the provided Concept Library links before attempting. Rate confidence honestly (4-5 stars for genuine recognition) to clear items from the active queue.
Learning Velocity Stagnation
A Comfort Zone warning with locked level progression means mastered Level 1–2 material is being farmed for high accuracy; force the Daily Module toward your lowest-level topics and accept a short-term accuracy drop to restart velocity.

- Dashboard displays a 'Comfort Zone' warning. Trend Detection shows 'Stable' but Level progression is locked.
- Diagnosis_
- User is repeatedly practicing mastered Level 1-2 material to generate high session accuracy, avoiding the friction of Level 3+ content.
- Resolution_
- Override the default Daily Module topic selection. Manually force the engine to prioritize topics where your current Level is lowest. Accept that accuracy will drop in the short term.
Mastery Progression Blocked
Session accuracy above 80% without level unlocks indicates Tier 1 hint reliance: hint-assisted answers never count toward mastery, so attempt at least half of Core Focus unaided; unassisted capability defines the level.
- Symptom_
- Session accuracy routinely exceeds 80%, but Level unlocks are not triggering.
- Diagnosis_
- High reliance on the AI Coach Hint System. Hint-assisted correct answers are logged as incorrect for Mastery calculations.
- Resolution_
- Attempt at least 50% of the Core Focus questions without requesting Tier 1 hints. If unable to proceed without hints, the current Level accurately reflects your unassisted capability.
Practice Streak Reset Anomaly
A streak reset despite daily logins means no qualifying session: a day counts only with a complete four-phase Daily Module or 15 continuous minutes above 70% accuracy on unfamiliar or Level 3+ material; merely answering questions does not qualify.
