AdaptHub Private Limited ("AdaptHub", "we", "us", or "our") operates adapthub.in and provides the Service subject to these Terms. By using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

These Terms are binding. We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion with 30 days’ prior notice (via email or in-app). Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You represent you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You are solely responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

We own the Service, code, algorithms, and outputs (except your User Content). You receive a limited, revocable license for personal use only. Any feedback you provide becomes ours without compensation.

User Content

You retain ownership of uploads. By submitting any User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, create derivative works, and commercially exploit it for any purpose (including AI training, model improvement, marketing, and product development).

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any outputs generated from it. We may delete or refuse any User Content at any time without notice.

Prohibited Acts

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful material.
Interfere with security or operation of the Service.
Rely on outputs for high-risk decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety) without independent professional verification.

Fees

Fees are due immediately. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your rights cease immediately and we may delete your data. The sections on licenses, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, HALLUCINATIONS, BIASES, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION. You assume all risk of use or reliance on the Service and any outputs.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADAPTHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION).

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdaptHub, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service or any outputs.
Your User Content.
Your violation of these Terms or any law.
Any third-party claim related to your account or actions.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

General Terms

Severability Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
Assignment We may assign; you may not.
Entire Agreement This is the complete agreement.
No Waiver Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
